Overview

Brooks Hotel is a four‑star boutique hotel located on Drury Street, within a short walk of Grafton Street, Temple Bar and Trinity College in Dublin. The hotel caters for guests who value difference, ambiance, décor and quality of service.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the Kitchen
  • Use the industrial dishwasher to clean all crockery and cutlery
  • Clean pots and pans
  • Clean all kitchen equipment
  • Clean all work surfaces and floors
  • Assist Chefs with their work, including breakfast mise en place and basic food preparation
  • Ensure high standards of HACCP are maintained
Hours

Hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. or from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and will include weekend work.

Requirements
  • Must be able to work mornings, evenings and weekends
  • Experience in a similar standard hotel or restaurant
  • Positive attitude and warm, friendly personality
  • Proven ability to work with a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High standards with excellent attention to detail
  • Fluent English essential
  • Experience in Irish properties preferred
  • Live locally so you can commute easily to work
Who we are

Brooks Hotel is a four‑star boutique hotel situated on Drury Street, minutes from Grafton Street and St. Stephen's Green in the fashionable heart of Dublin City. The hotel opened anew in January 2025 following refurbishment; guestrooms feature individual climate control, smart TV, coffee machine, mineral water and Rituals bathroom amenities. The all‑day dining menu uses local and seasonal ingredients; there is an extensive cocktail menu, craft Irish gin, whiskeys and beers, and an expansive wine list.
