Overview

We are seeking a Senior Developer / Team Lead to join our Digital Transformation team. This is a strategic hire, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering innovative solutions for clients. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills, guiding both projects and people while ensuring high-quality delivery.

This role is hybrid, with flexibility to work remotely and attend onsite client meetings as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a development team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and delivery excellence.
  • Design, architect, and implement solutions across SharePoint, Power Platform, Data Analytics, and AI/Copilot technologies.
  • Collaborate with clients to analyse business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Act as a Solution Architect, ensuring solutions are designed and delivered to best practice standards.
  • Engage in presales activities, including solution design, technical presentations, and document preparation.
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives, including workflow automation, analytics, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted technology partner.
  • Stay up to date with Microsoft certifications, tools, and innovations.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in leading technical teams and delivering complex digital solutions.
  • SharePoint (development/customisation)
  • Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Data Analytics
  • AI / Copilot solutions
  • Strong business analysis skills with the ability to gather, understand, and document requirements.
  • Experience in solution architecture, presales, client engagement, and technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience working within a partner system (Microsoft Partner environment desirable).
  • Business Central experience is an advantage.
