Job Overview

As a Department Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving business results by supporting and leading a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Reporting to the Senior Manager, your key responsibilities include fostering an environment of trust, ensuring that the team is fully trained and empowered to meet customer needs, and driving a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
