We are currently recruiting for a Fully Qualified Toyota Motor Technician to join our busy and professional workshop team. This is an exciting time to join us, as we\'ve recently announced the development of a brand-new Toyota dealership in Naas. Responsibilities
  • As a Toyota Technician, you\'ll be working with an experienced team in a fast-paced, high-standard workshop. You\'ll carry out diagnostics, repairs, and servicing of customer vehicles in line with Toyota manufacturer standards and dealership expectations.
  • This is a hands-on role with a focus on efficiency, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.
  • Diagnose faults using advanced diagnostic tools and a logical, methodical approach
  • Carry out servicing and repairs in accordance with Toyota and dealership guidelines
  • Work efficiently from job cards, ensuring accurate completion of all paperwork
  • Perform vehicle health checks and notify the service team of any additional work required
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to workshop policies
  • Deliver high-quality work while meeting productivity targets
  • Support and uphold Toyota\'s core values: Customer First, Respect for People, Continuous Improvement (Kaizen / Lean Six Sigma)
Qualifications & Experience
  • Fully qualified Motor Technician (Toyota trained preferred but not essential)
  • Minimum 3+ years\' experience in vehicle servicing and diagnostics
  • Full, valid driver\'s licence
  • IT literate and comfortable using diagnostic and reporting systems
