TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client in the Public Sector to recruit a Part-Time Grade III Clerical Officer.
Location: Mullingar
Contract: Temporary 3 month initial contract
Hours: 4pm to 7:30pm - Monday to Friday, 17.5 hours per week
Rate of Pay: €16.87 – €26.25 depending on verified relevant public sector experience

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing admission and discharge paperwork.
  • Updating and maintaining records (both paper and electronic).
  • Scheduling appointments, tests, and procedures.
  • Filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Ensuring notes and files are up to date and available for staff.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and staff.
  • Answering phones and relaying messages to the relevant person.
  • Liaising with other departments to coordinate service user care.
  • Ensuring files and documentation are properly managed and transferred.
  • Monitoring stock levels of stationery and sometimes non-medical supplies on the department.
  • Assisting with transport arrangements.
  • Handling all service user information with strict confidentiality in line with GDPR policies.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role in a healthcare facility.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with electronic systems.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
