About the Role:

As Accommodation Manager, you'll report directly to the Managing Director and oversee all aspects of our accommodation services — ensuring top-tier hygiene standards, guest satisfaction, and a well-organised team operation across bedrooms, public areas, and laundry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain the highest standards in room hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation
  2. Lead and manage a team, allocating duties and ensuring performance standards
  3. Liaise closely with Reception and Maintenance teams
  4. Ensure compliance with Fire, Health & Safety regulations
  5. Implement stock control, training schedules, and sustainability initiatives
  6. Assist in duty management and cross-departmental collaboration

What We're Looking For:

  1. Minimum 2 years' experience as an Accommodation Manager in a 4-star hotel
  2. Strong leadership and communication skills
  3. Excellent attention to detail and customer service focus
  4. Weekend availability
  5. Must have authorisation to work in Ireland
