Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products and collaborating with co-workers to deliver excellent sales service.
  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational expectations.
  • Engage with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs.
  • Learn and share expertise on products and trends to provide tailored recommendations for customers.
  • Maintain awareness of all product knowledge, as well as current and upcoming trends.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Confident, approachable, and enthusiastic personality with a knack for engaging conversations.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Well-organized and efficient.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
