Job Description

SRG are looking for a Public Affairs Graduate to join a leading pharmaceutical company based in Dublin. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic Public Affairs environment within a leading global pharmaceutical company. The intern will support strategic initiatives, regulatory compliance, and administrative functions, contributing to companies external engagement and policy work.

Responsibilities
  • BeSure Programme Support – Assist with tracking, documentation, and reporting requirements.
  • Lobbying Register Compliance – Help maintain accurate records and ensure timely submissions.
  • Purchase Order Management – Support creation, tracking, and reconciliation of POs.
  • Administrative Support – Provide general office and team support including scheduling, document preparation, and meeting coordination.
  • Stakeholder Mapping – Assist in identifying and profiling key external stakeholders.
  • Policy Monitoring – Track relevant EU and national policy developments.
  • Event Coordination – Support planning and logistics for Public Affairs events and engagements.
  • Internal Communications – Help prepare updates and briefings for internal stakeholders.
  • Data Management – Maintain databases and ensure data integrity for reporting purposes.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration – Work with other departments (e.g., Market Access, Communications) on aligned initiatives.
