We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Front of House Porter to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front of house areas and providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for setting up for events such as banquets, conferences, and weddings.
  • Greet and assist guests as needed
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures and carry out fire and security checks
  • Provide room and lobby service as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized front of house area, including the lobby, and dining areas
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management
Requirements
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in the hotel industry in a guest relations/ guest services role
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Work independently and use their own initiative
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and nights.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
