Job Description

This role will be based in Dublin, Ireland.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

Within our Marketing Solutions business, we are looking for a Client Solutions Manager to join our team in achieving our goal of empowering businesses to reach, engage and convert their target audience at scale.

The role of a Client Solutions Manager in LinkedIn is to build and manage relationships with our clients, by discovering and executing against client objectives and serving as a trusted advisor and consultant.

Responsibilities:
  1. Build strong relationships with LinkedIn Marketing Solutions customers by providing best-in-class consultative solutions that meet their marketing and business needs.
  2. Reach and exceed sales quotas while contributing to overall team goals.
  3. Create and manage a tiered service approach for your clients to deliver growth in your book.
  4. Proactively analyse and optimise your customers' advertising campaigns and marketing programs to make strategic and tactical recommendations to meet long-term goals and improve immediate advertising performance.
  5. Working closely with your Account Director, you will consult and advise on all aspects of your client's media campaigns including targeting, implementation, optimization, and reporting.
  6. Advise on creative and content quality and development, leveraging marketing expertise to maximize performance and delivery. Support your customers' communication and ongoing education, including a best-in-class onboarding experience and ad hoc education needs.
  7. Work effectively with various cross-functional partners in product, product marketing, insights, content marketing, technical support, and others to ensure customer success.
  8. Contribute to client events - Travel may be required up to 20%.
Qualifications
Basic qualifications:
  1. 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles with internal or external stakeholder management experience.
  2. 5+ years of work experience in digital media sales or a campaign/account management function.
  3. 3+ years in sales quota carrying role.
  4. Business fluency in Italian and English.
Preferred qualifications:
  1. Experience of thriving in a result-driven environment.
  2. Ability to translate analytics and present them as insights and recommendations in a client-facing setting to drive their marketing and commercial success.
  3. Experience of onboarding new clients to a self-service platform.
  4. Experience managing a broad range of advertising budgets and campaigns.
  5. Ability to drive results and collaborate with major customers, creating relationships across many levels of a client.
  6. Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision.
  7. Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally.
  8. Understanding/passion for internet advertising technology and marketing automation.
