Chief People Officer

Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be partnering with an exponentially growing, multi-site and industry- leading organisation based in County Monaghan in the recruitment of a Chief People Officer.

Reporting directly into the CEO, this is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact by shaping and executing on the company's People Strategy whilst focusing on high-volume recruitment, promoting staff retention and employee engagement.

What will you do as Chief People Officer?

  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership professionals to showcase leadership and provide oversight on the design and execution of the HR Strategy.
  • Create and deliver on company strategies and programmes that align with the company culture whilst enhancing employee experience and driving high levels of retention.
  • Devise and manage on talent acquisition strategies to attract, grow and retain top talent to support the continual growth and the transformational business vision.
  • Lead on the identification of areas to enhance systems and culture, delivering practical and innovative solutions including the effective use of digital tools and technology.
  • Act as the HR representative to the Board of Directors regarding employee queries and issues

What will you require?

  • Minimum of 5 years of Head of HR or Chief People Officer experience
  • Experienced in leading cultural transformational
  • Skilled in developing talent and engagement strategies
  • Strong understanding of Employment Legislation
  • Obtained HR degree or CIPD Qualification
