Who You Are

You are a seasoned business development professional with a consultative approach to sales. You thrive in fast-paced environments, are well-connected to the London market, and excel at building strategic partnerships. You're driven by results, collaboration, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business, related field or proven relevant experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in new business development or strategic corporate account management
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and oral presentation skills
  • Proven success in securing and maintaining high-value accounts
  • Authorized to work in the UK on a full-time basis
Desired Skills And Experience
  • Strong network within the UK and Ireland construction and interiors market
  • Commercial acumen and understanding of global/local economic trends
  • Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders including A&D, marketing, and dealers
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, virtual meeting platforms, and business applications
  • Exceptional time management, adaptability, and team collaboration skills
What You Will Be Doing
  • Lead and manage strategic sales pursuits across the UK region
  • Develop and execute account strategies and opportunity plans
  • Build and maintain deep client relationships, focusing on new business acquisition
  • Conduct workshops and sprints to co-create future-oriented workspaces
  • Collaborate with internal teams and dealer partners to drive pipeline growth and close key contracts
