Dublin (Leopardstown)– Part Time (20 hours/week)

As a Hospitality Co-ordinator with Sodexo, you'll be the welcoming face of our vibrant corporate site, offering a helping hand to ensure flawless workplace operations and shape that all-important guest experience. Enjoy a role where you'll love what you do.

Greet and assist employees, clients, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.

Manage and coordinate hospitality orders and support the day-to-day operations of catering and events.

Input and maintain hospitality calendar information and assist with reporting and presentations.

Serve customers to the company's standards, ensuring a friendly, polite and professional environment.

Handle deliveries, manage inventory and stock rotation, and assist with office supplies.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene policies and procedures.

Support special functions and assist other departments when needed.

Actively participate in training and team meetings to uphold Sodexo and client standards.

Previous experience in a client-facing or hospitality role is a plus, but a great attitude is essential

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

A flexible, team-oriented approach with a proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
