Carlow Receptionist

Duties to Include:

  1. Greeting patients as they arrive.
  2. Liaising with the clinical and non-clinical teams.
  3. Inputting patient information onto the system.
  4. Processing payments.
  5. General administration work.
  6. Managing patient flow.

Hours to Include:

  1. Evenings
  2. Weekends
  3. Bank holidays

Applicants Must Possess the Following:

  1. Receptionist / Customer Service experience.
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  3. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  4. Computer skills and experience using systems.
  5. Ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative.
