Content Operations Executive

Role Purpose

FanDuel Sportsbook is seeking a Content Operations Executive to enhance the usability, profitability, and overall experience of our digital sportsbook platforms across the U.S. (online and retail) and Canada (online). This role is key to the operational success of FanDuel's market-leading offerings by curating, optimizing, and localizing sportsbook content.

The position collaborates with Product, Risk & Trading, Engineering, Marketing, Commercial, and other teams to align with business goals and improve the customer journey. It contributes to shaping the sportsbook experience for millions of users daily, supporting FanDuel's status as America's #1 Sportsbook.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Manage content publishing workflows across US and Canadian online platforms and retail outlets.
• Ensure content accuracy and timeliness to meet critical business metrics.
• Optimize betting markets and promotions aligned with sporting calendars and real-time events.
• Localize and personalize user experiences based on region and preferences.
• Create narrative-driven parlays using sports insights and data.
• Identify and improve internal processes and tools to reduce manual effort.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry standards.
• Support adjacent business areas such as Retail, Fantasy, Faceoff, and Casino.
• Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, supporting 18-hour daily coverage, 365 days a year.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 1 year in a content-focused role, ideally in e-commerce, sports, or digital entertainment.
• Experience with digital platforms, content tools, or CMS systems preferred.
• Ability to analyze content performance and derive insights.
• Familiarity with U.S. sports betting market is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of global sports is a plus.
