We are looking for a passionate Accounts Payable Specialist to join a talented and diverse finance team. This exciting new role is the ideal opportunity to progress your finance career within a company that strives to inspire and empower their employees.
Responsibilities:
- Processing of Accounts Payable invoices for Europe, APAC, and US regions.
- Work to enhance automation processes across the Accounts Payable function.
- Processing of employee expense reports in line with global T&E policy.
- Regular communication with internal stakeholders to facilitate timely payment of invoices.
- Handling of ad hoc audit requests, both for internal audit and external statutory audits.
- Support monthly close process through bank & fixed asset reconciliations.
- Ownership of Sarbanes Oxley compliance for area of responsibility.
- Enthusiastic, highly organized, outgoing, self-confident individual with strong communication skills, a focus on excellence and a desire to progress in the field of Finance.
- Previous experience working for a US company, with accounting experience in International regions preferred.
- Able to work independently, committed to learning and development, flexible.
- MS Excel Skills are required.
- Experience of Oracle E-Business ERP system is preferred.
- Knowledge and experience of Sarbanes Oxley and Financial Reporting standards.
- Strong team player, with a commitment to ensure team success in meeting objectives.
- Supportive of Diversity and Inclusion initiatives is a must.
