Grade III Clerical Officer

We are currently recruiting for temporary Grade III Clerical Officer in Limerick City. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clerical support PA to the Business Manager in a busy public sector service.

Full time role- 35hrs per week (9-5 Mon- Fri)
Temporary 3 month initial contract
PayScale is in line with Public Sector - €17.04- €26.52 per hr depending on previous relevant public sector experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Minute taking during meetings and accurately recording the discussions and decisions made.
- Scheduling and organising meetings, including coordinating dates, booking venues, and preparing necessary documentation.
- Providing general administrative support as needed including minute taking and diary management.
- Maintaining and updating files and records.
- Cross checking and verifying information.
- Communicating effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
- Must be able to pick up systems quick and good IT knowledge.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role.
-Proficient in Microsoft teams and managing multiple inboxes.
-Good phone manner and strong administration background.
- Proficiency in minute taking and meeting scheduling/organising.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Share point, Excel, Outlook).

Must be available for an immediate start following successful pre-employment.
