As a Supervising Pharmacist, you will ensure safe and compliant operations aligned with PSI standards, and create a culture of continuous professional development and excellence in customer care.

• Ensure strict adherence to all PSI and HSE standards and protocols and operate as per the Code of Conduct outlined by PSI
• Supervise and mentor the pharmacy team, supporting professional development
• Deliver exceptional patient care, including consultations and medication reviews
• Ensure full compliance and execution of all established standard operation procedures
• Collaborate with Duty Managers and Operations Manager to drive performance and efficiency
• Manage audits, risk assessments, and safety standards
• Build and nurture relationships within the team and the wider community
• Lead by example, setting professional and ethical standards

• Registered Pharmacist with the PSI in good standing
• Previous experience in a Supervising or Managing Pharmacist role desirable
• Strong knowledge of PSI, HSE, and Irish pharmacy regulations
• A true team player with excellent communication and leadership skills
