Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and qualified Early Years Educator to join our team as an AIM Support Educator.

Responsibilities
  • To assist in the education and care of children allocated AIM Support in line with the Access and Inclusion Model (AIM).
  • Work closely with the Lead Educator/Room Leader to implement individual support strategies.
  • Assist in adapting activities and the learning environment to ensure accessibility and participation for all children.
  • Ensure the safety, security and wellbeing of all children.
  • To assist in the planning and implementation of an age-appropriate stimulating program of activities underpinned by Aistear and Siolta.
  • To assist with the structure of the classroom daily routine and functionality.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Level 5 QQI Early Childhood Care and Education qualification (Level 6 or higher desirable).
  • Knowledge of the AIM model and inclusive early childhood education principles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children.
