Customer Services Administrator – 10 month contractZurich Life Assurance plc is looking for a Customer Services Administrator to focus on understanding and responding to what matters to customers. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills.
Successful candidates will gain thorough knowledge of the workings of a life office by working in a dynamic environment, handling queries and requests related to products spanning Corporate and Individual Pensions, Investments, & Protection Plans.
Initially, due to the nature of the role, full-time attendance in the office will be required, but over time it will evolve into a hybrid role. Please discuss your flexibility needs at interview.

Your RoleAs a Customer Services Administrator, your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring that our customers come first
- Dealing with clients/members, brokers/employers, and other stakeholders over the phone
- Processing client/member requests through the new business lifecycle, ensuring compliance with product rules and company procedures
- Handling complaints
- Collaborating with other departments such as Sales, Propositions, Compliance to improve processes
Skills and qualifications include:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially on the phone
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
- Well organized, results-driven, and capable of meeting tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel
- Third Level Qualification in a relevant area (TBC)
- Willingness to undertake relevant professional qualifications meeting Central Bank Minimum Competency Requirements
- Previous customer-facing experience is advantageous
The primary work location is Blackrock, Dublin. The role is office-based for at least the first four to six months.
