Zurich Life Assurance has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organized Operations Administrator to join their Service Teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritizing customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Processing client/member requests through the policy lifecycle, adhering to product rules and company procedures to ensure seamless operations
  • Communicating effectively with clients, members, brokers, employers, and stakeholders via phone to build strong relationships and facilitate collaboration

Candidates should have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, to manage data and create reports
  • Relevant third-level qualification, such as a degree in Business Administration or related field, to demonstrate theoretical knowledge and practical skills
  • Progress towards a professional qualification meeting Central Bank Minimum Competency Requirements, showcasing commitment to ongoing learning and development
  • Previous administration experience, ideally in a similar role, to apply learned skills and adapt to new challenges
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a dynamic team environment
  • Organizational skills, results-driven, capable of meeting deadlines, and effective communication skills
