The successful candidate will be
reporting to the Operation Lead - Direct Sales
About you:
Ability to perform in a team environment
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Work on own initiative and ability to perform independently and without direct supervision

Flexibility to complete the role within the working timeframes available
The Responsibilities for This Role Are:
Process all assigned sales orders accurately and on time daily, weekly, and monthly, and own the journey flow of every sale through to connection
Maintain daily report of all orders and be able to provide on-demand updates for stakeholders, management, and clients on status of all sales
Ensure compliance in all sales processing and reporting activities
Complete order verification calls with customers to confirm details of their order
Take ownership of the sales pipeline to ensure all sales are proactively managed from receive to connected to give 100% connection rate for the client
Work closely with the sales team to ensure strong communication resulting in maximum return of sales received to connected
Liaise with other Ops Teams and colleagues, and pro-actively collaborate to ensure alignment on key activities, and efficient use of resources.
Utilise MS Office to create and support delivery of high-quality management and client presentations and reports.
Identify opportunities to add value and enhance the service provided to the sales team and the client
Manage our direct sales accounts induction programme to ensure that every starter has a positive first experience, from recruitment, through training to field activity.
Own the management, distribution, and tracking of assets and collateral for the field sales team.
Any other operational activities as required to support the successful functioning of the sales team

Requirements
Relevant experience in an operations and / or similar administrative role with a focus on reporting, data management and insights
Experience working with CRM / reporting platforms to create actionable insights
Advanced ability in Microsoft Office software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
€12,500 -€14,000 Basic Salary DOE
