Office Operations Coordinator

This role offers the ideal opportunity for a highly organized and experienced professional to oversee the daily operations of our Dublin office. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring activities within the office to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring efficient workflow and adequate resources at all times.
  • Coordinate and monitor various activities within the office to guarantee seamless operations.
  • Manage staff holidays, distribute workload during absences, and maintain optimal resource allocation.

The ideal candidate will also be responsible for inducting new office staff, collaborating with IT support for setup, and ensuring office equipment is functional and properly maintained. Additionally, they will procure necessary office supplies, prepare weekly and monthly reports, handle invoicing and review office accounts, and manage facility agreements and logistics.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a similar office administration role within the construction industry is highly desirable.
  • Document controller or site administrator experience will be considered advantageous.
  • A business or administrative qualification is highly valued.
  • The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
