As a Fitzpatrick's Junior Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers by initiating conversation and building rapport to excite them about the Fitzpatrick's brand

As a new member of the sales team, you will be a point of contact to our customers, welcoming them in to our showroom or responding to telephone or online enquiries. You will deliver presentations of our products and vehicles, showing an outstanding knowledge and understanding of all things brand related.

Don't worry if you're not an expert right now – our comprehensive training will teach you everything you need to know to become a brand expert.

Role And Responsibilities To Include:

  1. Meeting and greeting showroom guests
  2. Presentation of models and assisting with customer test drives and handovers
  3. Assisting with our sales and marketing events
  4. Assist sales staff with the daily operations of the department
  5. To create and maintain a positive customer-friendly sales environment
  6. To offer, promote and sell the value of all new and used vehicles in line with Fitzpatrick's and the brand's trading policies. This will involve updating our used car websites and creating video presentations for customers
  7. To always be prepared to receive and welcome new customers' enquiries (via telephone, walk-in, e-mail)
  8. To guide and inform the customer whilst being able to give a competent and enthusiastic presentation of all of the vehicles within the product range
  9. To achieve a high level of customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For:

  1. You don't need to be from the motor industry; however you will have a proven record of excellent customer service skills and ability to work with people. Previous retail experience is desirable as is an interest in cars and the motor industry.
  2. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  3. Be highly motivated with a strong customer focus.
  4. A well-presented individual with a desire, character and attitude to succeed.
  5. The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers.
  6. Full clean driver's license.
