Due to ongoing expansion, EZ Living Interiors is seeking a Logistics Administrator to join our Head Office team. The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The Role
  1. Liaising with sales and administration staff from nationwide stores regarding order status and deliveries.
  2. Preparing dispatch documents required for daily runs, in preparation for picking and loading of products by the Warehouse team, and the preparation of the daily run sheet.
  3. Managing activities throughout the order fulfillment and transportation cycle to ensure deadlines are met.
  4. Ensuring customer service requirements are fulfilled through the management and effective receipt of goods, order picking, and shipping.
  5. Managing in-house accounts within your jurisdiction, ensuring all records are maintained accurately and promptly.
  6. Completing any other reasonable tasks and duties that may arise.
  7. Liaising with multiple departments including warehousing, accounts, and purchasing.
Requirements
  • Previous administration experience required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and adaptability.
  • Knowledge of logistics is preferable but not essential.
  • Excellent computer skills.
