A day in the life: As a Client Service Representative, you will deliver exceptional service by managing insurance programs, executing policy changes, updating client information, and collaborating with the servicing team.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Has familiarity with analyzing financial data
  • Is a self-starter, highly organized, and a problem solver
  • Can handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
  • Works well in a fast-paced, energetic team environment
  • Holds a high school diploma or equivalent

Additional qualifications (not required but a plus):

  • BS/BA in Business, Insurance, or related field
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • One year of insurance industry experience
  • Life & Health license or ability to obtain it
