Customer Service Representative Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and communicative individual to take on the role of Customer Service Representative.

This dynamic position requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service through multiple channels.

The ideal candidate will possess a third-level qualification in a relevant area, proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel, and a willingness to undertake professional qualifications as needed.

Previous experience in a customer-facing environment is advantageous but not essential.

Additional Information:

The primary work location is Blackrock, Dublin. The role is office-based for at least four to six months.
