Customer Service Representative – Join a Team That Values You
We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our collaborative and customer-focused team at Hilti Ireland's Head Office in Finglas, Dublin 11. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them find solutions and delivering an exceptional experience. Whether you're supporting internal colleagues or external clients, your contribution will make a real impact.
What does the role involve?
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll join a supportive team that values collaboration and customer care. You'll work with a diverse portfolio of businesses, offering tailored advice and building long-term relationships. Our environment is fast-paced and goal-oriented, but always people-first. We focus on understanding customer needs and delivering value—not on hard selling. You'll act as a trusted partner, helping customers discover how Hilti's solutions can support their success.
