What you will do
  • Operational Store Excellence - Ensure adherence to store processes, regulations, and KPIs while supporting the Store Manager in analysing and improving results.
  • Customer Engagement - Lead a team to deliver personalised assistance, maintain a welcoming and tidy store environment.
  • Leadership - Empower your team's growth through supportive leadership, training, and a culture of trust and respect.
  • Merchandising and Inventory - Ensure shelves are well stocked, follow planograms, and manage inventory accurately.
  • Brand Integrity - Ensure animals are well cared for and welfare comes first; Maxi Zoo Ireland promotes responsible pet ownership.
