Quality Administrator – Maynooth, Co. Kildare

€50,000 + Package (DOE)

We are recruiting a Quality Administrator to join a leading main contractor, based at their offices in Maynooth. This role will play a key part in the pre-planning of quality across complex and high-value projects, with a particular focus on the Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, and Food sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the pre-planning for quality, ensuring robust processes are in place ahead of project delivery.
  • Draft and maintain Quality Management Plans for large-scale Data Centre and complex projects.
  • Prepare and review Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) to support project teams.
  • Provide administrative and technical support to the Quality team, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Utilise strong software skills to manage documentation, reporting, and quality records.
About You
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Quality Administration or related role, ideally within the Pharma, Data Centre, or Food sectors.
  • Strong technical knowledge of quality management systems and documentation.
  • Excellent IT and software skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in an office-based role while supporting wider project teams.
