Overview

Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams are trusted advisors and competitive sellers who focus on customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). You will build trusted relationships with customers, uncover business needs, and translate them into powerful solutions to achieve ambitious goals. You will work with sellers as a team, shape the future of advertising in the AI era, and help millions of companies and users rely on Google.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth goals.
  • Establish relationships via phone calls or e-mail marketing and conduct regular consultations and sales pitches with clients to advise them on how to maximize their Google Ads investment.
  • Own a portfolio of small businesses by understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities, managing risks, and building quarterly plans for achievement.
  • Drive customer growth by delivering an outstanding sales experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
QualificationsMinimum qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, account management, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Dutch to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and online advertising, with Google Digital Workshop certification or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context in Belgium, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
  • Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally to deliver impact.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects while paying attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate in French fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
