A snapshot of your peer group:

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in the field of Organisational Development
  • Proficiency in Organisational Design and Strategic Workforce Planning Methodology [including supply and demand analysis].
  • Experience and a passion for people development, coaching and mentoring.
  • Supporting Project Management and Change Management skills also desirable, but not vital

Your responsibilities and achievements will evolve as you enhance your career with us. Here is what you can expect:

  • Lead on the delivery of major consulting engagements in the area of Organisational Development; managing complex challenges and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Make strategic decisions and work alongside senior leadership teams.
  • Work with complex data and lead client conversations.
  • Share knowledge and experience gained in the areas of Organisational Development including Organisational Design and Strategic Workforce Planning and lead in the continued development of KPMG's offerings in these areas.
  • You may also be involved with clients and leading project work in the areas of:
  • Operating Model design and implementation
  • Change Management
  • Business Readiness/Training
  • Cultural Change
  • Talent Management and Leadership Development

Your team:

You will be joining a dynamic team of 50 people from 10 different nationalities speaking more than 15 languages with one thing in common - a passion for people. The team delivers on these key service offerings namely change management, organisational design, strategic workforce planning, talent management and leadership, culture, and diversity.
