Director/Associate Director – People Strategy

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Director or Associate Director.
About the Role- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on the delivery of major consulting engagements in Organisational Development;
- Make strategic decisions and work alongside senior leadership teams;
- Work with complex data and lead client conversations;
- Share knowledge and experience gained in Organisational Development including Design and Strategic Workforce Planning;
You will be joining a dynamic team of professionals from diverse backgrounds who share a passion for people. We deliver key services such as change management, organisational design, workforce planning, talent management and leadership, culture, and diversity.
