Are you an ambitious Project Engineer / Project Manager looking to take full ownership of high-profile roofing and construction projects in Ireland? At Select Roofing, we deliver complex projects to the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

We are seeking a driven professional to join our expanding team in Cork, with responsibility for end-to-end project delivery — from design review and planning through to successful handover. This is a high-visibility role where you'll lead teams, manage subcontractors, and build strong client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.

What You'll Do
  • Take full ownership of roofing projects from contract award to close-out.
  • Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, driving performance and accountability.
  • Oversee budget, schedule, safety, and quality to achieve best-in-class project outcomes.
  • Act as the primary client contact, ensuring proactive communication and satisfaction.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and technical excellence.
What We're Looking For
  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Several years' experience managing construction or roofing projects.
  • Proven leadership in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management.
  • Knowledge of Irish health & safety regulations and strong technical/engineering capability.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
