This role is centrally located in Dublin within easy reach of public transport. You will work in a beautiful hotel where high standards are in place and you have the tools you need. You will work with an experienced team and receive training. This is a rewarding role on a team with a warm welcome.

The Role

We are looking for a service driven individual to join our five star Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin or continue your career in one of the Leading Hotels of the World. Your main duties include:

  • Possess cocktail/spirit/wine knowledge
  • Conduct day to day requisitions
  • Stock control
  • Keep the bar neat and presentable at all times
  • Provide a five star drinks service

A candidate who is professional and communicates courteously and effectively with guests and colleagues. Enthusiasm that is infectious and instills confidence in the services offered. These qualities help us be a caring and successful hotel.

Shift work and flexibility are required in this position.

About The Merrion

The Merrion, a member of the Leading Hotels of the World, is located opposite Government Buildings in the heart of the city centre. Created from 4 Georgian Townhouses, it has 142 bedrooms and suites arranged around two 18th Century style gardens.
