Barden has been engaged by an international professional services provider to identify a Corporate Services Executive to join its transactions management team in Dublin. The company operates a hybrid working model with 3 days onsite in the Dublin office.

The Role
  • Transaction management for a portfolio of structured finance and aircraft leasing special purpose vehicles (SPVs).
  • Onboard new clients/transactions.

The Person
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar/relevant legal, company secretarial, transaction management or corporate administration role is essential.
  • ICSA qualification or studies would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and client facing skills and experience.
