Job Description:Cpl Healthcare is delighted to announce our partnership with our client who works with young people to provide high-quality care – protecting and supporting them to build resilience and recover from early life trauma. Through this, they can help their young people reach their full potential and give them a chance at a brighter future.
We are accepting applications for the position of Deputy Manager. This service is based in Fermoy, Co. Cork. The Deputy Manager is responsible for the care delivered to the young people living in the residential service and for the staff who deliver that care. They support the Manager in ensuring that the care provided meets company policies, procedures, and national regulations, maintaining a homely, clean, safe environment appropriate for the young people's ages and stages of development.
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- A Bachelor or MA/MSc in: Social Care; Applied Social Studies in Social Care; Social Work; Social Care Management; or related Social Care Qualification.
- Full, clean, manual driver's license (valid in Ireland)
- Knowledge of the Irish National Standards in Children's Residential Centres
- Eligible to work in Ireland
- Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience
