Role OverviewThe Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will lead the organisation in achieving its strategic objectives, representing its members at local, regional, and national levels. This high-profile role requires exceptional leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to drive membership growth, policy influence, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Work with the Board to develop and deliver the strategic plan.
- Maintain best-practice governance and financial transparency.
- Lead business development plans to grow membership and diversify revenue streams.
- Act as the organisation's primary representative with government, media, and industry bodies.
- Oversee strategic marketing, communications, and public relations activity.
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture among staff and stakeholders.
- Ensure effective management of the office, facilities, and regulatory compliance.
- Report regularly to the Board on progress, finances, and operational performance.
- Willingness to work flexibly, including evenings/weekends.
- High integrity, professionalism, and commitment to organisational values.

- Third-level qualification in business, management, or a related field (essential).
