Site Manager - 2 Openings: Dublin & South East Ireland

Job Type: Permanent · Full-time

Locations:

  • Dublin (site-based across the Greater Dublin Area)
  • South East Ireland (site-based across the region)
  • Start: ASAP

About the role

We're hiring for a long-established Irish main contractor. Whether you're a finishes specialist or an all-round Site Manager who can take a job from shell & core through to handover, we want to hear from you. You'll lead finishes and client handover on high-quality commercial, fit-out, hospitality and pharma projects.

Note: Two positions available — one in Dublin, one in the South East (please state your preferred location).

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the site.
  • Ensure works are carried out in compliance with planning, health & safety, and environmental standards, and to a high standard.
  • Prepare project, programme, and risk-management plans.
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, operational staff, and site personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations.
  • Implement daily and weekly programmes and issue programme details to subcontractors.

What we're looking for

  • 15+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proven delivery of high-end finishes and zero-defect handovers.
  • Strong coordination, programming, and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident reading drawings/specifications; familiar with digital snag/QA tools.
  • Trade background (e.g., Carpentry) or relevant Construction/Engineering qualification.
  • Safe Pass and full, clean driving licence.
