Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned engineering professional to join our team as a Senior Site Manager.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in setting out and working on site, with a strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities will include conducting work in a safe manner, ensuring high-quality standards, and developing professional relationships with colleagues and design teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing detailed designs, critiquing, and communicating with designers to ensure adequate design is available for construction.

Additional duties will include coordinating the development of design from designer's details to approved workshop drawings or technical information from subcontractors.

Maintaining accurate records and documentation, including site records and records of discussions/meetings with designers and subcontractors.

The role requires a third-level qualification in Engineering, with 5+ years of proven experience in a similar role.

A good understanding of Microsoft Office, Project, and PowerPoint is also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Third-level qualification in Engineering
  • 5+ years proven experience in setting out or working as a Site engineer
  • Experience working with main contractors, subcontractors, surveying firms or similar
  • Good understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental regulations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Office, Project, PowerPoint etc.
