Job Title: Senior Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced site manager to lead and coordinate site operations on a reinforced concrete frame project. The successful candidate will have a proven background in RC frame structures to 5+ floors and the ability to manage programme, quality, safety, and productivity on a busy live site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day site works with particular focus on reinforced concrete frame packages (foundations, vertical and horizontal elements, slabs, cores).
  • Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and direct labour to meet programme and quality standards.
  • Enforce health & safety on site, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Monitor progress, productivity, and sequencing of works, report to the Project Manager.
  • Liaise with design team, engineers, and client representatives to resolve technical and buildability issues.
  • Maintain accurate site records, permits, inspections, and daily reports.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience as a General Foreman/Site Manager on reinforced concrete frame projects to mid-rise level.
  • Strong knowledge of temporary works, formwork systems, and sequencing.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to manage large crews and multiple trades.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Irish construction regulations, health & safety, and QA systems.
  • Trade or engineering background advantageous.
