I have worked on the Siro project for the last 6 years. I started as an installer and have recently been made team manager, looking after overhead crews.There is a great focus on safety at Actavo, and I believe it's for everyone's benefit.

Adhere to and maintain compliance with all Health and Safety procedures within your work. Ensure you are responsible for yourself and/or team members who report into you.

Agree in advance on switch-out arrangements with system managers before any work on the ESBN Network.

Appoint approved persons to roles on site: PICW, TCO, WO, CI.

Inform the ESB Operator of persons appointed as TCO/PICW on site.

Communicate work plans to all persons fulfilling roles on site.

Required Experience

  • 3 years' experience working in a similar role
  • Ability to read and understand Electrical Network Diagrams
  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Leadership qualities
  • Strong work planning skills
  • Flexibility based on business needs
  • Professional representation of the company

Education/Qualifications

  • PIW approval from ESB
  • Ability to produce outage request forms
