The Role: Sales Agent (Field-Based)

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Sales Agent to join our team on a 6-month contract with the opportunity to progress into permanent roles.

This is a door-to-door field sales role, focused on promoting and generating interest in Siro broadband services across Leinster and the South-East.

  • Location: Leinster & South-East (areas assigned weekly)
  • Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (on-site between 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM) - Monday -Friday (No weekend)
  • Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
  • Engage directly with potential customers via door-to-door field sales
  • Promote Siro broadband services with confidence and professionalism
  • Clearly explain service offerings, address queries, and handle objections
  • Achieve daily targets: 12+ door knocks and 1.3+ sales per day
  • Maintain accurate customer records using the company tablet/CRM
  • Represent Entegro with the highest standards of safety and professionalism
Requirements
  • Must be over 25 years of age (for insurance purposes)
  • Full, valid Irish driver's licence (essential)
  • Previous field sales, B2C, or door-to-door sales experience (desirable)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently
  • Confident working outdoors across different regions
  • Tech-savvy (comfortable using iPad/tablet and apps)
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
Performance Expectations
  • 12+ door knocks per day
  • 1.3+ sales per day
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
