Applications are invited for the permanent position of Sales Agent. The role of the Sales Agent is to generate new sales through our outbound sales channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to generate new sales from leads provided online from potential customers.
  • Building rapport with customers to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Actively listening to customer needs and presenting relevant solutions.
  • Deliver key KPI's and sales targets to contribute to the overall performance of the inhouse sales team.
  • Ensure maximum productivity to enhance contact rates and conversions.
  • Maintain a level of product and process competence.
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a call centre environment.
  • Competent user of Microsoft office packages.

  • Confident and persuasive.
  • Demonstrates the ability to present customer-focused solutions and manage objections effectively, without allowing personal opinions or emotions to interfere.
  • Self-motivated to ensure maximum outputs.
  • Ability to collaborate as part of a team and also work on own initiate.
