Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Quantitative Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of experience in data analytics, consulting, data science, engineering, or technical operations.
  • 1 year of experience with statistical problem-solving and analyzing datasets using SQL or comparable coding languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science).
  • 1 year of experience designing experiments, developing statistical models, and identifying business opportunities.
  • Experience with Apps Script, Python, DISA Forecasting, JavaScript, or HTML.
  • Understanding of online advertising solutions (e.g., ad serving, monetization).
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-impact results.
  • Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and ability to work independently and in teams.

The Business Strategy and Operations organization provides critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional goal alignment, and supports strategic partnerships and new initiatives. We focus on aligning company priorities with effective daily operations and evolving early-stage ideas into growth initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Manage service creation, automation, and commercialization of scaled services for Sellside.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop sales collateral, addressing pain points and opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiency through automation, AI, and process improvements.
  • Develop automated or scalable solutions from ambiguous data reporting and optimization needs to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Optimize processes, internal tools, and services to enhance efficiency and monetization.
