- Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, etc.
- 1 year of experience with designing experiments, developing statistical models, measurement, and identifying business opportunities.
- Understanding of online advertising solutions (e.g., ad serving, monetization.
Proven track record of managing multiple projects, consistently meeting deadlines and delivering high-impact results.
Ability to be organized, responsible, work separately and with a team.

The Business Strategy and Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage service creation, automation and commercialization of scaled services for Sellside.
- Partner growth through the ideation and creation of sales collateral through close collaboration with stakeholders on pain points and opportunities.
- Identify areas to contribute to the team goal of realizing operational efficiency gains by leveraging automation capabilities, AI and process improvements.
- Turn ambiguous data reporting and optimization needs into automated or scalable solutions to ensure accuracy, drive operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Contribute to the optimization of processes, internal tools and services to drive efficiency and monetization gains.
