Position: Board-eligible Radiologist (Radiologist I)

As a board-eligible Radiologist, you will work alongside a team of radiologists committed to providing critical diagnostic information for veterinary patient care worldwide. You will receive mentorship from an experienced radiologist, detailed feedback on reports, access to regular rounds, and support for your board exam preparation.

To apply, please include the following:

  • A brief statement confirming your intention to take the ECVDI certifying exam in January 2026.
  • Completed forms from any radiology faculty member from your residency program. These forms can be found here: (password: IDEXX).

After submitting your application, you will be contacted to complete a set of interview cases.

Application deadline: Positions are limited, and applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Please apply early. The formal closing date is September 24th, 2025.

Role Expectations:

You will start by reading 10 sets of known cases to acclimate, then progress to live cases reviewed by mentors. You are expected to produce approximately one set per day. Your mentorship team will rotate to provide diverse feedback. You will have access to a large case archive, practice cases, and interesting case files. You will participate in virtual rounds, mentoring sessions, and weekly radiology rounds.

Upon achieving ECVDI board certification and satisfactory performance, you will transition seamlessly to a Radiologist II role with IDEXX. You will receive competitive pay and flexible scheduling options tailored to your availability.

Qualifications:
  • Residency-trained radiologist with successful completion of the preliminary exam.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Availability to work early mornings (UK/Europe), mid-day (Australia/NZ/Asia), and weekends post-boards.
