What You'll Be Doing:

  • Make daily outbound calls to generate seller leads and new listings
  • Conduct property market appraisals and position listings effectively
  • Photograph properties and write compelling listings
  • Manage your pipeline, conduct client viewings, and close deals
  • Advise clients with transparency and confidence
  • Build long-term relationships and grow your personal brand
  • Stay informed on market trends and community developments

What We're Looking For:

  • Background in sales, real estate, banking, insurance, finance, or luxury retail
  • Fluent in English (other languages like French, Arabic, or Russian are a plus)
  • Driven, coachable, and motivated to build a long-term career
  • Professional presence and confident communicator
  • Willing to relocate to Dubai within 30–60 days
  • No previous Dubai real estate experience required – full training provided
