Position: Braeburn Café Manager - Applegreen Coyne's Cross, Cullenmore

Are you passionate about coffee? Do you want to be part of an exciting new coffee concept? We are looking for coffee enthusiasts to join our team Our mission is to serve excellent coffee to our customers, whether in our café or on the move in our drive-thru.

Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the coffee operations, ensuring compliance with standards and quality guidelines.
  2. Lead and manage a team, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
  3. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety according to regulatory and company policies.
  4. Drive sales and achieve sales targets.

Candidate Profile:
