What will I be doing as a Braeburn Café Manager?
Oversee and manage all aspects of the Braeburn coffee operations, ensuring compliance with standards and quality guidelines.
Lead and manage a team of colleagues, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in line with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Drive sales forward and achieve sales targets.

Candidate Profile
1-2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
Ability to work well with colleagues and contribute to a team environment.
